Hello!

Welcome to Confessions of a Concessions Worker, your inside look at what it’s like to work in a baseball stadium from a former game day employee’s point of view. My name is Amanda and I worked in Baseballtown (Reading, PA) for 16 summers. I spent two years as a seasonal intern and 14 years working in concessions. I formerly worked in the Upstairs Ice Cream stand, also known as the UIC, with my sister and that amounted to nothing but fun throughout the summer.

On this site you will find a plethora of different types of stories. My goal is to provide a fun, inside look at the different types of people and events that can be found in Baseballtown from the views of both a former employee and current fan. So sit back, relax, and enjoy reading about my adventures in baseball!
