Welcome to Confessions of a Concessions Worker, your inside look at what it’s like to work in a baseball stadium from a game day employee’s point of view. My name is Amanda and I have been working in Baseballtown (Reading, PA) for the last 14 summers. I spent two years as a seasonal intern and 12 years working in concessions. I currently work in the Upstairs Ice Cream, also known as the UIC, stand with my sister and that amounts to nothing but fun throughout the summer.
On this site you will find a plethora of different types of stories. My goal is to provide a fun, inside look at the different types of people and events that can be found in Baseballtown. So sit back, relax, and enjoy reading about my adventures in baseball!
